The lady who gave me my blood work was absolutely terrible. I had a lab req from the ER. I spent the better part of my ER visit in tears due to the nature of my visit and therefor wasn’t terribly concerned with the names of the several doctors who had treated me. She couldn’t read the name on the requisition and was having a hissy fit over it and blaming me for not knowing. I began to cry as I am still emotionally damaged from the nature of my visit. She didn’t say a thing and kept pestering me. She finally found the doctors name in the system( the way I had believed it to be)and took my blood. There was zero bedside manner and she was aggressive. My arm has been hurting since and there is a concerning amount of bruising. Hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I will never be returning. I have been crying in my car since the appointment.

I was so scared before this appointment, but ultrasound technician John and radiologist Dr. Lee (sp?) literally went out of their way to keep me as comfortable and calm as they could. Excellent team! I don't see myself going to any other diagnostic clinic than the Mayfair at Market Mall. Thank you all so much!

I came in on a Sunday at 1pm for a walk in X-Ray after checking the hours online and even calling ahead to ensure the place would be open. Upon arrival there was no one there; I waited a while assuming maybe it was a lunch break, but surely enough no one came. Maybe adjust the online hours and signs on the door for future reference.

I came to this location for a specific ultrasound this location being one of the few that offer it . Bit of a bummer having to go across the city for it early in the morning but the experience made up for it . The seating is a bit small compared to the location I usually book at ( SouthCentre) but 5/5 for service and efficiency . I arrived 40 min early for my appt having come so far and was seen 20 min ahead of my appt time . I was done by my actual appt time . This time the tech ( Ali) was actually a regular tech instead of a student which means I only had to do the breath holding and the scanning one time . Last time at Southcentre there was a student and although I respect the student’s need to learn , I disliked having to do the scans twice . Once by her and once by her supervisor . This time there was no need . I appreciate Mayfair’s timeliness with their appts overall regardless of location . I think it is greatly respectful to see patients on time and if they are seen early that’s another bonus .

EVERY ONE IS SO NICE.EVERY ONE DID HIS JOB PERFECTLY.I HAVE ONE CONCERN THAT IS TO GET APPOINTMENT IS EASY BUT IT TAKE'S TO LONG TIME .MAY BE TWO MONTH ,THREE MONTH. REST ALL GOOD. TAKE CARE.
